Has my order shipped and is there a tracking number?
Processing Time:
- Order verification, inventory confirmation and packaging is completed within 36-72 hours after the order is placed and payment is received.
- Once your order is packaged and ready to be shipped, you will receive a tracking number to review the estimated delivery date.
Do you delivery to my location?
We ship inside BC only and we do not ship to PO boxes.
How are shipping charges calculated?
We try to make shipping as simple as possible using a flat-rate only.

When will my order arrive?
Our regular shipping days are Monday and Tuesday and shipping times to most communities in BC is 2-4 business days.
Shipping Restrictions?
