FAQ
What is Jun Kombucha?
Jun Kombucha is a popular drink that originated from ancient times and has many health benefits. It is a type of fermented tea that uses a SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast) to transform honey sweetened green tea into a fizzy and flavorful beverage. The SCOBY consumes the sugar in the tea, creating various acids and a small amount of alcohol, which give kombucha its unique taste. Kombucha is rich in probiotics, which are good bacteria that can help with gut health and digestion. Jun Kombucha also has antioxidants, b-vitamins and digestive enzymes.
Can I still enjoy jun if I'm diabetic?

Why glass bottles?

Under testing, Kombucha consistently contained extremely high levels of aluminum in all types of aluminum can liners – epoxy, BPA, lacquer, and polymer. read more
